- Associate Consultant and Trainer
Location: Within Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client management systems and suggest improvements.
- Design and help implement tailored management systems.
- Create and conduct training programs on management system standards.
- Provide ongoing support with clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and continuously improve our processes.
- Plan and lead engaging workshops and training sessions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and develop innovative solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years working experience and training experience.
- Possessed HRDCorp Train-The-Trainer Certificate and registered trainer with HRDCorp.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valued skills in Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Creative Thinking, Coaching, Training and Content Development
2. Marketing Agent
Location: Within Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team to drive sales and generate leads.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads for ISTAC.
- Maintains regular communication with ISTAC to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Promote ISTAC brands through creative and effective marketing tactics.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably as a freelancer or in an agency setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
3. Internship Program

Location: Within Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with daily tasks and projects across different departments.
- Conduct research and present findings.
- Take on specific tasks in various projects and contribute ideas.
- Attend training sessions and apply new skills on the job.
- Prepare reports and participate in team meetings.
- Help create content and support marketing activities.
- Enter and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Help plan and execute company events.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Good communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team.
- Eager to learn, positive attitude, attention to detail.
