  1. Associate Consultant and Trainer

Location: Within Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client management systems and suggest improvements.
  • Design and help implement tailored management systems.
  • Create and conduct training programs on management system standards.
  • Provide ongoing support with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and continuously improve our processes.
  • Plan and lead engaging workshops and training sessions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and develop innovative solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience and training experience.
  • Possessed HRDCorp Train-The-Trainer Certificate and registered trainer with HRDCorp.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Valued skills in Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Creative Thinking, Coaching, Training and Content Development

       2. Marketing Agent

Location: Within Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to drive sales and generate leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads for ISTAC.
  • Maintains regular communication with ISTAC to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Promote ISTAC brands through creative and effective marketing tactics.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably as a freelancer or in an agency setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.

       3. Internship Program

Area/ Functions:

  1. Business Development
  2. Accounts & Administration
  3. Customer Relation Management

Location: Within Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with daily tasks and projects across different departments.
  • Conduct research and present findings.
  • Take on specific tasks in various projects and contribute ideas.
  • Attend training sessions and apply new skills on the job.
  • Prepare reports and participate in team meetings.
  • Help create content and support marketing activities.
  • Enter and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Help plan and execute company events.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • Good communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Eager to learn, positive attitude, attention to detail.
